Return Policy

Rare Violet Boutique accepts all returns of unworn, unwashed, damaged or defective merchandise as long as you have completed our Return Form within 15 days from the date your order is shipped.

Sale Items

Sale items are merchandise that is discounted for your benefit and may be returned as a Standard Return or a Return for Exchange.

Final Sale Items

FINAL SALE ITEMS HAVE A NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY.

Standard Return (Don’t like, Don’t want)

You can return any unworn, unwashed merchandise from Rare Violet for any reason within 15 days from the date your order shipped. Please go to our RETURN FORM and complete our form.

If there were any original shipping costs, they are not refundable. There is a $6.00 cost for shipping for any items returned to Rare Violet. You may return more than one item in the same bag or box for the $6.00 fee. This fee will be deducted from your Rare Violet Boutique e-gift card.

After your merchandise is returned and inspected, you will receive an email that your merchandise was processed and the email will state the value of your Rare Violet Boutique e-gift card. This e-gift card will be attached to that same email.

Return for Exchange (Need different Size, Wrong item, Damaged)

You can Exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise from Rare Violet for any reason within 15 days from the date your order shipped. Please go to our RETURN FORM and complete our form.

If an item is damaged, shipped incorrectly, or an exchange, we will take care of all of your shipping fees to return the items. We will process your Exchange within 3-5 business days and send an email confirmation.

We will ship out the merchandise using standard ground shipping.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
Due to our limited quantities and demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items.

DOES MY Rare Violet Boutique e-gift card HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE?
No. Your Rare Violet Boutique e-gift card does not have an expiration date.
